| Corporations, LLCs, and registered Limited Partnerships doing business in Utah must continuously maintain a Registered Agent with a physical Utah street address (a PO Box alone does not qualify). The agent may be an individual resident of Utah or an entity authorized to do business in Utah, must be available at that address during normal business hours to accept service of process, and receives official state notices on the entity's behalf.
